Final Environmental Impact Report
This Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) of 1970 (Public Resources Code, Section 21000 et seq.) and the CEQA Guidelines (California Code of Regulations, Section 15000 et seq.) to analyze the potential significant impacts associated with the Campus Master Plan project at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB).
This Final EIR contains comments and response to comments received on the Draft EIR, which was circulated for public review from on January 15, 2008 to February 28, 2008.
The comments and responses to comments are presented in Section 8.0. Substantive revisions and clarifications to the EIR made in response to comments and information received on the Draft EIR are indicated by shading, as illustrated in this sentence.
