Dr. Michael Kahr, CSULB Chemistry alumnus, will present a talk entitled "Taking Your Chemistry Degree into the Aerospace Industry." Recently retired, Dr. Kahr's career spanned thirty years working in the aerospace and national defense industry as a chemist and a manager.
The talk will cover the path he took in his career, considerations for students on the near term decisions they will be making, advice for looking for a job and interviewing, career management, and considerations for students contemplating a career in the aerospace industry.
Seminars are held on Wednesdays at 4:00pm. All are invited to attend.
