Information Session - In-Person: Mercy House

Mercy House Living Centers is an organization that focuses on a nationwide crisis: Housing. We believe that dignified housing is a right and have expanded our services across counties in California and Arizona. When clients enter our care, we strive to help them recover holistically by providing services such as homeless prevention, rapid rehousing, emergency shelters, outreach, and permanent housing. Our goal is simple: To end the homelessness of those who enter our system of care.

Mercy House is hosting an information session on the latest efforts to house the homeless in Southern California. This session will be hosted by our Housing Solutions Manager–ECM, Jessika Kehnt, M.S.W. She will discuss CalAIM (California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal), a far-reaching, multiyear plan to transform California’s Medi-Cal program. Learn how CalAIM programs such as Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports are transforming how Medi-Cal is serving to house the homeless.

Mercy House is looking for Case Managers to join us in our efforts. All majors are welcome and considered, but we strongly encourage those studying Social Work, Health Science, Sociology, Psychology, and Criminal Justice to apply. You can find our positions on CSULB CareerLINK.

Come join us for this informational session during your lunch break. Pizza and soda will be provided, so stop by and see if this mission is right for you.
