2017-2018 Annual Report - Parking and Transportation Services

Parking and Transportation Services has released their Annual Report for FY 2017-18.

Did you know that our parking permit prices are some of the lowest in the CSU? Did you know that Parking Event teams deployed over 1,400 directional signs or that enforcement officers performed over 400 battery jumps? All this and much more can be found in this year’s report.

The purpose of the report is to provide the campus community with a transparent view of our financials (revenue, expenses and reserve requirements), insights into the parking services we provide and statistical comparisons between our campus and other universities within the CSU system.

CalPERS Phishing Attempts

Please be aware that many campus employees have received emails from companies falsely representing themselves as CalPERS/CalSTRS representatives. Typically, these companies request a retirement planning meeting at a location on or off campus. Please protect your personal information and only correspond with legitimate CalPERS representatives. CalPERS will only meet with you one-to-one at their CalPERS locations. CalPERS representatives will not request meetings at the University or at restaurants off campus. Official communications will always come from an @calpers.ca.gov email address. If you have doubts regarding the legitimacy of an email you have received, please contact CalPERS at 888.225.7377.
