Starbucks
The 49er Shops are proud to offer multiple Starbucks Coffee houses on campus. We are conveniently located in both the University Dining Plaza and inside of the University Library. Both locations offer your favorite hot or cold coffees, a variety of pastries and breakfast options including Just Perfect Oatmeal. They also offer freshly made grab n’ go salads and sandwiches. All of our student employees go through detailed training and are certified Starbucks baristas. Both locations offer a variety of beverages from hot and cold to your favorite Frappuccino’s.
The Beach Walk
The Beach Walk offers a collection of fresh, healthy, and nutritious selections including vegetarian and vegan options. This incredible menu includes hot Panini’s, sandwiches, wraps, salads, bowls, soups, and healthy sides. The Beach Walk takes pride in promoting sustainable living through its biodegradable product initiative and utilizes only biodegradable paper products. Each meal is conveniently packaged to carry with you on the go or to relax and enjoy in the dining plaza.

OPA! Greek
Come and experience the flavors of OPA! Greek @ The Beach! Our menu is a delicious collection of Greek & Mediterranean cuisine sure to delight your taste buds. From the savory gyros to the spicy feta dip and the sweet pitas, we something for everyone. Taste a little bit of the balmy Greek Isles right here at CSULB!
Hibachi San
Using only the freshest ingredients, Hibachi-San prepares all of its entrees on-site and features mouthwatering original recipes from Master Chef, Ming-Tsai Cherng. In 1973, Ming-Tsai and his son, Andrew, opened their first restaurant in Pasadena, California. Since then, Panda Restaurant Group has expanded to more than 1400 restaurant locations. Hibachi-San was first introduced in 1992 in Los Angeles, California and continues to offer it's delicious, Japanese inspired cuisine at 28 locations throughout the United States.
Panda Express
The 49er Shops are proud to offer Panda Express in the University Dining Plaza. Panda Express is the only Chinese Gourmet option on campus and is a great choice if you are on the go. They offer everything from traditional Chinese favorites to fresh choices in 2-entrée and 3-entrée plates, as well as the popular Panda Bowl. Stop by Panda Express for a taste of Chinese Cuisine.
Squeeze Me
Want to cool down and enjoy a healthy treat? Squeeze Me offers a variety of blended fruit smoothies, chillers and lemonades made from only the highest quality ingredients. Extras such as protein powder, ginseng, and wheat germ are available.
