This October, University Library is holding a range of events to mark International Open Access Week. Now in its tenth year, Open Access Week is a chance to celebrate the benefits of opening up knowledge for all. The theme this year is ‘designing equitable foundations for open knowledge’ – meaning working towards a truly inclusive scholarly system.
We’ve organised a couple of activities which reflect this theme, so come along and take part:
Author's Rights Workshop - Tuesday, October 23, 12 Noon
Open Educational Resources / Affordable Learning Solutions Workshop - Wednesday, October 24, 12 Noon
Keep your eyes open in the 1st floor lobby and on the 5th floor for opportunities to sound off about open knowledge!
