Reminder

Abstract and poster file submission deadline is October 2 at 11:59pm.

Please see How to Apply for form links and other deadlines.

Poster Printing

The College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics (CNSM) is covering the cost of poster printing for this year's symposium. Your poster must be approved by your faculty mentor and submitted by the file submission deadline.

If you miss the file submission deadline, you are responsible for the printing of your own poster.

There are a few printing options on-campus but you are welcome to use any service (i.e., FedEx Office etc.). Please understand that many students (100+) will be printing posters in the weeks leading up to the symposium, so be sure to submit your poster for printing in a timely manner to ensure that your poster is ready in time for the event.
