Our general office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m, with closures on designated University Holidays

The 2024-2025 FAFSA/CADAA forms are now available. The U.S. Department of Education anticipates high volumes of users on StudentAid.gov. Students may experience wait times, slow site performance, and periods of system maintenance. Students having difficulty with the FAFSA website may find it helpful to try again a few days later once the site traffic moderates. The FAFSA priority deadline was extended to April 2 in anticipation of students needing additional time to file. Learn more about FAFSA Simplification.

If you are a current or newly-admitted student with specific questions about your financial aid and/or scholarships, CSULB has a knowledgeable team of Financial Aid and Scholarships representatives who are available to meet with you in-person or virtually to discuss your case. Appointments can be made through Beach Connect.
