Commencement
We are delighted to announce that the Commencement 2026 ceremonies for Cal State Long Beach will be held on campus at George Allen Field. Our department will be part of CLA's second ceremony on May 20. This large outdoor venue is located on the northeast corner of the campus adjacent to parking lots G12, G13 and G14 and the Palo Verde parking structures. We look forward to celebrating the achievements of our graduates in this traditional and spacious setting.

Ceremony Schedule is as follows:
- [12:00 PM] Gates open
- [12:00 PM-1:30 PM] GRADS must pick up their Tassel Grad Pass at TBD check-in location and line up with their major department to begin processional into George Allen Field.
- [1:30 PM] GUESTS must be seated to see the student processional into George Allen Field.
