Major & Minor Requests

To add/drop/change a major or minor in CLA, select one of the following options:

Option 1: Speak with an Advisor

  • Visit our Drop-in Advising page for advising hours, modes (in person or virtual), and instructions.
  • If you are unable to sign into Drop-in Advising hours, please call our office at 562-985-7804.

OR

Option 2: Submit an Online Request

  • Complete a Student Plan Change Request with your intended major/minor changes.
  • An advisor will review your request and contact you via your CSULB Student Email with the result.
