What We Offer
The College of Liberal Arts Website Development Coordinator can offer you a number of services that can help your Department or other entity take full advantage of its web presence. This is a free service provided by the College. Services include:
- Full website redesign
- New website creation
- Web content management through Drupal
- Automated web feed of your department class schedule
- Password-protected area for department internal use, after required training
- Many other services – just ask!
The above services are only available to websites that are on the University Template and follow the requirements detailed below. Contact the College of Liberal Arts Website Development Coordinator for inquiries about getting onto the University Template.
Website Requirements
All newly created and/or fully renovated websites for any entity in the College of Liberal Arts are must comply with accessibility requirements as detailed in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. This is a requirement of the California State University Chancellor’s Office Accessible Technology Initiative, and is not negotiable.
All departments and College entities must adopt CSU Long Beach’s Drupal Template. Any new or redesigned websites requested of the College Webmaster will be created using the University Template.
