Dr. Elena Bourbour

Dr. Bourbour joined CSULB in 2020 and teaches environmental engineering-related courses in both the Civil and Chemical Engineering departments. She holds an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, as well as an MS and PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of New Orleans. Dr. Bourbour has over nine years of experience in consulting and teaching. Her doctoral specialty focuses on air quality engineering and air pollution compliance and mitigation.
