Leadership at the Beach

CSULB students! Are you ready for a day filled with leadership inspiration and growth? Leadership at the Beach invites ALL students to join us for an incredible one-day event on Friday, October 16, 2026.

• $5 admission fee will include lunch and prizes/giveaways. 

This event is your chance to explore the diverse aspects of leadership, no matter your background or area of study. Leadership at The Beach is designed to empower students with the skills, knowledge, and mindset to lead with purpose, inspire others, and create meaningful impact. Through an engaging, interactive conference experience, students will develop practical leadership skills while building connections with professionals and fellow students, expanding their networks and strengthening their leadership potential.
