If equipment is being picked up by another person who did not place the initial request, you must notify the E-Center via email with the person’s name prior to picking up.

FEA Procedures

Student will schedule time for pick-up and returns with the Equipment Center.

Loading zone parking restrictions:

  • Two cars or one box truck are the maximum allowed for the two spaces (no double parking) at any time.
  • Vehicles may NOT double or triple park and will be towed—this road is a fire lane and is also accessed by BBS and UPD vehicles and the Campus Shuttle.

Equipment center will coordinate pick-up/drop-off schedules to limit congestion.

  • It is recommended that the student have a 2nd person or more to assist with this process to ensure that the equipment and vehicle(s) are always supervised and secured.
  • Pickup: At their schedule time, student will check-out, test, and move all equipment to the loading area before bringing the vehicle(s) to the loading zone.
  • Returns: At their schedule time, student will unload their vehicle(s) by the loading area, and move the vehicle(s) out of the loading zone before checking in the equipment.

The E-Center will provide access to the loading zone by opening the gate arm, and will maintain the remote “clicker” to ensure the two car or one box truck limit in the loading zone.

Parking lots E7 and G15

  • Students may pay to park in the G15 short term parking lot.
  • Students may not park in E7 and will incur a parking citation if parked in the lot before 5:30pm.
