Greenlight & Production Folder

All productions that require equipment and insurance must be listed on the Production Greenlight Checklist. Equipment and Insurance will not be approved without a green light.

Greenlight checklist will be sent out to students enrolled in production classes by their faculty. Students may enter the production information at the top of the greenlight checklist. Under "Filming On/Off Campus" writing "On" will red out any Off-Campus requirements and vice versa. Writing "On Off" will enable all greenlight requirements. When a student has submitted their document, they must turn the cell yellow and comment to the POA (If there is no POA then the instructor should be commented). Students should not turn any cell green.

Commenting

When commenting on the greenlight, you must “@” a person to indicate a document is uploaded, or to ask any questions. Using the “@” feature will notify the person, otherwise no notifications will be sent. This must be done for every comment. Comments are stored in one single log and are not specific to any cell or section, only to the Productions row on the sheet.

CINE Production Folder

CINE Production Folders are used to submit all production related documents within SharePoint.

The instructor or Production Office Support will only grant Directors and Producers access to the folder and any additional persons will require approval by the overseeing professor. Production Office Assistants (POA) are there to help guide students through the Greenlight process, but will not upload completed documents to your folder.
