Reminder: Alumni, Faculty and Staff Shopping Night This Friday, November 16

Don’t forget to stop by the University Bookstore for the annual Alumni, Faculty and Staff Shopping Night this Friday, November 16, 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. This special evening brings together our wonderful Alumni, Faculty, and Staff for an unforgettable night of shopping, discounts, and door prizes to start the holiday season. Guests will enjoy complimentary appetizers and beverages. Entertainment includes music, a fashion show, kid’s activities, and photo booth! Get here early as the first 200 guests will receive a special CSULB gift. If you have been before, you know how special this event is. If this is your first year, please come and see what all the excitement is about!

Annual Holiday Cart Parade Friday, December 7 at 10:00 a.m.

In conjunction with the Division of Administration and Finance and Staff Council, Physical Planning and Facilities Management is hosting the Annual Holiday Cart Parade on Friday, December 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. If you are interested in registering your cart (or reserving one), please contact Dyanne.Roper@csulb.edu at ext. 5-4139 by Friday, November 30. Please provide your cart’s name or theme and department contact information and you will receive details via email. Note: The cart route has been modified due to construction, so there will be no loop though the quad this year.

21st Annual Bob Rodgers Cherishing Children Toy Drive

Bring new unwrapped toys to collection boxes throughout the campus by or before Monday, December 10 for the CSULB Cherishing the Children Holiday Party hosted by CSULB Staff Council and Office of the President on December 12. Toys will continue to be collected through Monday, December 17 for the Long Beach Fire Department Spark of Love Toy Drive.
