Current Students

From the beginning of a students' CSULB experience to graduation day and beyond, the programs and services we offer help our students achieve their educational goals. It begins with our admissions assistance, orientation programs, and our individual / group counseling and academic support services.

Orientation

For many students, the transition from high school to college can be a challenging and overwhelming experience. Our orientation and transitional programs are designed to assist students with becoming acquainted with the EOP program, our staff, CSULB campus policies and resources. The EOP 100 course is designed to help students adjust to college and gain skills necessary to be successful in college. Some of the topics covered in this two-unit course are study skills, time management, problem solving and critical thinking skills, campus resources, diversity, wellness and career/major exploration.
