By Aug 1, 2026, Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) will be temporarily located in the Foundation Building, Room 332. All services and appointments will continue without interruption.

Getting There
The Foundation Building is located near the Outpost Grill; and across the street from the Social Services/ Public Affairs (SS/PA) and Design (DESN) Buildings.
Parking
The Foundation Building parking lot is not available to students. The nearest student parking lots are: G-13, G-14, and Palo Verde Structures.

By Aug 1, CAPS will be temporarily located in the Foundation Building, Room 332. Our previous home in Brotman Hall, Room 226, is undergoing renovation and improvements.
The move will happen by Aug 1, after which Students and community members should plan to visit CAPS at the Foundation Building.
On your SSO, you can find info about your counseling appointment in your student portal in Point and Click; this is the same portal you may have access to update your immunization records.
Please check Point and Click on your SSO, to verify your appointment. If your appointment is at Student Health Services (SHS) it will remain at SHS and if your appointment is at Brotman Hall (BH) it will be moved to Foundations 332.
No. CAPS will return to Brotman Hall, Room 226 once renovations are complete. We expect to be back by Fall 2027 and will share updates as that date is confirmed.
No. All CAPS services continue without interruption. Your appointments, counselors, and the way you schedule appointments will remain the same.
No. Phone numbers, hours of operation, and all other contact information stay the same during the transition.
