Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review your benefits and make changes for the upcoming year.
Whether you're considering a different medical plan, adding or removing dependents, updating beneficiaries, or enrolling in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), now is the time to explore your options.
✅ Changes elected during Open Enrollment become effective January 1, 2027
✅ Elections remain in place through December 31, 2027
❗Do I Need to Take Action?No Action RequiredIf you're satisfied with your current elections, your benefits will automatically continue into 2027. Action Required If:⚠️ You currently waive coverage and would like to enroll for 2027 ⚠️ You wish to participate in a Healthcare FSA or Dependent Care FSA FSA elections do not automatically carry over and require re-enrollment each year. |
👨👩👧 Life Events & Mid-Year ChangesAfter Open Enrollment ends, changes are generally only permitted if you experience a Qualifying Life Event. Common examples include: 💍 Marriage 💔 Divorce 👶 Birth or Adoption 🩺 Loss of Other Coverage 🏠 Other Eligible Life Events Please notify HR within 30 days of the event to ensure timely processing. |

Spouse or Registered Domestic Partner📄 Marriage Certificate 📄 Domestic Partnership Documentation Child Dependents📄 Birth Certificate Additional documentation may be required depending on the enrollment request. |
