Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review your benefits and make changes for the upcoming year.
✅ Changes elected during Open Enrollment become effective January 1, 2027
✅ Elections remain in place through December 31, 2027
👨👩👧 Life Events & Mid-Year ChangesAfter Open Enrollment ends, changes are generally only permitted if you experience a Qualifying Life Event. Common examples include: 💍 Marriage 💔 Divorce 👶 Birth or Adoption 🩺 Loss of Other Coverage 🏠 Other Eligible Life Events Please notify Foundation HR within 30 days of the event to ensure timely processing. |
📋 Adding Dependents?When enrolling eligible family members, documentation may be requested. Spouse or Registered Domestic Partner📄 Marriage Certificate 📄 Domestic Partnership Documentation Child Dependents📄 Birth Certificate Additional documentation may be required depending on the enrollment request. |
