Shuttle Routes

Los Coyotes

The Los Coyotes Shuttle has returned to picking up and dropping off at the West Campus Turnaround. Off-campus stops have been merged into a single stop at Garford St./Park Ave.to increase shuttle frequency. Los Coyotes will also now incorporate higher-capacity shuttles in order to accommodate additional riders.

CSULB provides an off-campus shuttle service to the high-density student area located near Los Coyotes Diagonal and Stearns Street. This area has been identified as being without easy, direct access to Long Beach Transit bus service to campus. The purpose of this shuttle service is to further promote sustainability and reduce personal vehicle trips to campus. Campus shuttles are FREE to all currently enrolled students, as well as faculty and staff members with valid CSULB ID.

Additional Shuttle Info

Additional Shuttle Info

All shuttles operate during fall and spring semesters only. Shuttles do not operate during summer session or on days when the university is closed. Shuttle time estimates may be slightly delayed during times of severe traffic or adverse weather.

Real-time GPS tracking of the shuttle locations and occupancy levels can be found on CSULB Mobile App under Transportation or by visiting the ride systems website.

All shuttles are free of charge. Shuttle riders are required to present their CSULB ID card when boarding any campus shuttle. This requirement is designed to increase passenger safety as well as maximize the capacity of the shuttles during times of peak travel. The CSULB ID card requirement applies to both on-campus and off-campus shuttles.

CSULB shuttles run on compressed natural gas, which produces 30% less emissions than standard diesel fuel.

Shuttle Advertising Program

Advertising space is available inside the campus shuttles at competitive rates. For pricing and scheduling information, please review the CSULB Shuttle Media Kit [PDF].
