BeachGO mobile app
BeachGO is a free, commute assistance app that provides step-by-step navigation for your travel to and from CSULB. You can earn rewards for each trip you take and redeem these rewards at local restaurants, salons, gyms and shopping destinations. The more carbon you save, the more points you earn!
Whether you prefer carpooling, biking, taking public transit (bus/light rail), or any other mode of transportation, BeachGO will help you:
- Plan your trips according to your commute preferences.
- Find carpool partners based on route, time of day, gender, language preference, smoker/vape/non-smoker and more!
- Track your carbon savings and earn rewards based on how much you save.
- Redeem rewards and enter higher value raffles hosted by CSULB
- Download the app for either Android or iOS. You can also choose to use the BeachGO desktop website.
- Join with your campus email address (the one that ends with "csulb.edu")
- Complete your profile to establish an affiliation with CSULB as a student or a staff/faculty member.
- Search for different commute modes to campus including matching with other carpool partners.
- Start Recording trips and earning rewards!
