Personalized Commute Planning

Are you interested in switching up your commute mode, ditching the car, and traveling more sustainably? Are you nervous about switching or just do not know where to start?

You might try downloading the free BeachGO app to easily find carpool partners from the exclusive pool of CSULB students or staff. On the app, you will also be shown all nearby bus routes, bike share resources, safe walking routes, and more! You can rewards for local food and retail businesses and enter into exclusive raffles for even larger prizes by logging your trips on BeachGO.

Our Sustainable Transportation Coordinator is also standing by to work with you and provide personalized commute planning from your specific location, identifying all mode options and available discounts that you qualify for based on your distance from campus. Personalized Commute Planning is available to all CSULB students, faculty, and staff members by reaching out to ride@csulb.edu or calling (562) 985-7433 to set up an informal appointment either in-person, virtually, or over the phone.
