The Beach Institute for Dialogue and Community (BIDC) proudly announces its launch!
This newly approved initiative of CSULB aims to address the widespread erosion of civil discourse that threatens our intellectual mission at the university. Now more than ever we as a society need to be able to talk with each other about difficult topics without falling into polarized positions.
The BIDC fosters civil discourse, interfaith and intercultural dialogue, and promotes understanding across divides.
