Invasive cells move through the extracellular matrix (ECM) into neighboring tissues in a process that involves ECM degradation and proteolysis. In this workshop, you will get hands-on experience on cell migration and invasion assays in two formats: Boyden Chamber Assay (aka Transwell invasion assay) and Wound Healing migration assay.
