CSULB Observes Constitution Day. Power, Politics, and the Constitution. Monday, September 18 from 12:30 - 1:45 PM in the Barrett Athletic Building, Conference Room. In California State University, Long Beach's Annual Observance of Constitution Day 2023, speakers will cover topics related to power and the U.S. Constitution in its current and historical context. Presented by Alex Lohman, J.D., Kathryn Perkins, Ph.D., and Kevin Johnson, Ph.D.
