Parking Program Changes - Fall 2025
A summary of all parking program changes for Fall Semester 2025.
There are no scheduled changes to parking fees for the upcoming academic year 2025-26. Additional information can be found at Parking Permit Fee Schedule (2025-26).
The off-campus overflow parking lot and discounted permit option will return during fall semester 2025. Students who choose to park in the off-campus parking location (Cottonwood Church) and shuttle to campus for the first 8 weeks of the fall semester can enjoy a discounted permit price of $180 (Regular price: $259). After 8 weeks, these permits will then function as regular student semester permits with on-campus parking privileges. Full terms and conditions are available at Overflow Parking – Fall 2025.
Previously, two vehicles were allowed on each permit for driver convenience; however, this feature will be discontinued on August 1, 2025. Moving forward, only one primary vehicle will be allowed on a permit at a time. Drivers may change their vehicle at any time from a computer or mobile device by using the Online Parking Portal.
Important Note: Vehicles removed from a permit will also be removed from the account. Please add a new vehicle if this occurs.
Additional information is available at LPR FAQ.

A completely redesigned and improved Lot G12 will reopen on August 21 after 3 months of renovations. The new lot will feature wider aisles, improved traffic patterns, a new ADA/rideshare drop-off area directly in front of the CPAC entrance and an additional lot exit. Also, EV charging stations will be added in the near future.
This fall, you will see new bus lane markers at the West Turnaround (aka GO BEACH letters).

The West Turnaround is for buses and campus shuttles ONLY. This area is a red curb zone and not a safe or legal pedestrian drop-off/pick-up location. Vehicles will be cited if found impeding or blocking bus and shuttle operations by picking up or dropping off pedestrians in this area.
For lower campus drop-off/pick-up, please use the East Turnaround near the Central Plant. For upper campus drop-off/pick-up, please use the South Turnaround. Both of these locations do not have city bus traffic and allow additional space for increased pedestrian and vehicle safety.
For more information, please visit Drop-Off/Pick-Up Zones.
