Permit Fee Schedule (2025-26)
There will be a 1-year fee freeze for this upcoming academic year 2025-26. The significance of a "fee freeze" is that parking fees will not increase as scheduled but rather all fees will remain the same as the previous year.
After this 1-year fee freeze, parking fees will continue to follow the stated fee schedule, increasing at the rate of inflation as reported by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) or by 5%, whichever is lower. This will enable the department to keep pace with the increased material and labor costs that result from inflation and directly affect our annual operational expenses. The department will continue to review its financial status on an ongoing basis and make adjustments as necessary.
