Change the Modality of an Existing Program

Changing the the modality of an existing program to be more than 50% online or face-to-face (from whatever its current modality status is) requires the institution to follow-up with both WSCUC and the CSU Chancellor's Office. 

Contact the Vice Provost for Academic Programs, the WSCUC ALO and Director of Institutional Assessment, and the Academic Programs Team (group email link), with the intended change. The team will review and advise on next steps. 

Note, if looking to establish a new, independent online version of an existing program, there is a separate process.
