Entrepreneurs Ending Domestic Violence (EEDV)
Are you a California entrepreneur with an innovative idea? Are you passionate about ending domestic violence? Are you interested in partnering with a team of DV prevention experts to add a domestic violence awareness and prevention component to your entrepreneurial enterprise? Enter our competition to win up to $1000 towards prototyping your business idea to end DV. You might be the next EEDV entrepreneur.
Entrepreneurs Ending DV (EEDV) invests in entrepreneurs ending domestic violence. In exchange for a financial contribution, interested entrepreneurs partner with us to overlay domestic violence awareness and prevention into their previously established business models. We are open to working with all entrepreneurs. However, we target entrepreneurs who self-identify as people of color or whose target audience primarily serves people of color. EEDV is part of Reimagine Lab, a prevention innovation initiative designed to end domestic and family violence that is funded by Blue Shield of California Foundation. EEDV is one of four projects being incubated by the Gobee Group as part of Reimagine Lab 2019.
