Crew List

The Production must Track that crew and cast/participants have completed the following necessary documents required to be on set using the Crew List Template file. Scripted and Creative Non-Fiction versions exist and should help students better organize and track everyone on set. Crew lists are auto-populated in the student's production folder. These are items that the crew list tracks:

• Name
• Cast/Crew/Participant Role
• Email (CSULB email if student)
• Safety Test passed (for all Crew Members)
• Release of Liability Waivers (for Everyone on Set)
• Personal Appearance Waivers (for On-Screen Talent and Participants)
• Days on Set
