Coping Skills
The Coping Skills Workshop will be presented by Long Beach Trauma Recovery Center on Monday, May 4 from 5 - 6 pm via Zoom. This workshop will help you learn practical tools to manage emotional and physical reactions to stressful situations. This workshop introduces grounding techniques, breath-work, and mindfulness strategies to help you stay present, regulate emotions, and feel more in control during challenging moments. Build awareness of personal triggers and leave with simple, effective coping skills you can use in everyday life.
Extra credit is offered for this workshop; double-check with your professor!
