The unit develops and sends a number weekly and quarterly e-newsletters for university stakeholders.
Beach Book
Beginning with Beach Book 2023, this annual print publication will present our latest institutional facts and points of pride, illuminating The Beach story.
Central social media
We curate and develop content for official university presence on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Paid media and sponsorships
Collaborating with colleagues in University Relations, we support appropriate advertising and underwriting to support university objectives.
Commencement communications
It takes a village to produce this massive annual event celebrating our new graduates, and we are proud to support publications, websites, videos and venue graphics.
News media outreach and response
As a high-visibility, top university both in regional and national contexts, we assist the news media in accessing the information and experts they need.
Campus Communicators
In our university’s decentralized approach to communications, we help foster communication and collaboration among the university’s communications professionals based in our divisions, colleges, cultural venues and other programs.

We help the institution navigate difficult issues ethically and thoughtfully, with transparency and speed.

Through multiple platforms and channels, we help the campus community stay informed and stay safe during emergencies and the recovery process.
