Class Pass
What is Class Pass?
Ticket package for shows ($70) available to THEA-113, THEA-122 and THEA-212 classes. Only students enrolled in these classes can purchase the Class Pass. It is available at the Box Office or Online.
Attending all shows in the CalRep Seasonis required for students in THEA-113, THEA-122, and THEA-212 as part of their course requirements. Students can purchase single tickets for each show OR purchase Class Pass; either way, they will need to attend all shows in the semester.
What are the Benefits of Class Pass?
- When you buy a Class Pass, you are guaranteed a seat for all shows in the relevant semester.
- Your assigned performance day will be the same as the rest of your classmates in your section.
- You can exchange your ticket for a different performance in-person at the Box Office.
- Exchange is FREE IF you exchange BEFORE your assigned performance day.
- Exchange fee is $5 IF you exchange AFTER your assigned performance day.
- Class Pass is $30 cheaper than purchasing four individual tickets; Class Pass is $70 including fees; four individual tickets with fees comes out to $100.
*Remember, there are four shows this season and you are required to see all of them as a student in THEA-113, THEA-122, or THEA-212.*

You are able to purchase the Class Pass online through your class's personalized URL link provided by your instructor.
If you would like to buy it in-person, our Box Office is open:
- Regular Hours: Tuesday - Thursday, 11am - 4pm; Friday, 12pm-3pm
- During high-volume times, the box office may have extended hours. Check with the box office in person or call 562-985-5526.
Class Pass is the only way to guarantee tickets to the show. Our shows often sell out, so please know you may not get a ticket without planning efficiently.

The Box Office accepts cash or card only.
For credit card purchases, the Box office accepts Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. The card must be a physical card, and the Box Office does not offer tap-to-pay.

Class Pass packages close at the start time of the first ticketed performance of each semester.
If you miss the Class Pass deadline, you will need to purchase single tickets for all shows. But remember, our shows sell out - so plan ahead.
To exchange, you must visit the Box Office in-person. Remember, we can only exchange your ticket if there are still tickets available for the performance day you would like to switch to. Please ensure that exchanging for a different date is alright with your instructor. Assignment due dates may be tied to your assigned performance date.

We do NOT OFFER REFUNDS. This includes if you drop the class.
Check with your professor for proof-of-attendance requirements; requirements vary between instructors.
At the end of the show, House Management will offer stamps to show attendance; many instructors choose to verify attendance with this method.
If you already have a Student Permit Pass, you can park in E8 AFTER 5:30pm Mondays - Fridays, any time on Saturday & Sundays.

If you do not want to buy Class Pass, you can buy single tickets for each show in the semester. Please remember, THEA-113/THEA-212/THEA-122 students are required to see all four shows in the semester.
- Each individual ticket is $25 total, ($23 ticket, $2 processing fee), for four shows in a semester, that is $100 total.
- We do not recommend waiting to buy single tickets, as our shows often sell out.
Theater Etiquette
- WE DO NOT OPERATE LIKE A MOVIE THEATER.
YOU ARE A PART OF THE SHOW. YOUR THEATER ETIQUETTE IS A PART OF THE SHOW, EVERYONE IS ABLE TO SEE EVERYONE.
- LATE SEATING IS NOT PERMITTED.
Patrons are not guaranteed seats unless they are on time and have a purchased ticket in hand. The show will start without you, no matter the reason you are late! - Walk-up Tickets and Waitlists:
Any remaining tickets will be sold at the box office, which opens one hour before curtain. For sold-out performances, patrons can join a waitlist starting one hour before curtain. You must arrive in person to put your name on a waitlist. Waitlist tickets are not guaranteed.
- Food & Drink are not allowed in the theater.
Patrons will be asked to finish their consumables before entering the theater. - Skateboards & Scooters are not allowed in the theater.
House Managers can direct you to a place for you us to hold your items during the show. - Recording of ANY KIND (video, voice, pictures, et cetera) is not allowed in the theater.
House Management will remove patrons who do not follow this policy.
