Living at The Beach is more than just having a convenient place to sleep. Through The Beach Journey, living on campus provides you with a variety of opportunities to empower you to become an inclusive, responsible, mindful, and engaged community member.
We know that living on campus will come with high tides and low tides. A reminder that our team is here to support you every step of the way!
Returning Residents
If you are a current resident looking to return to housing for the 2026-2027 academic year, applications will be open March 17th-19th. You can begin and complete your application during this time. A non-refundable $50 application fee and an initial payment of $275 are required. Be sure to click “Submit” at the end to finalize your application.
You must have a completed application to be considered for housing.
