COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics on Campus

The vaccination clinic at Cal State Long Beach opened in February 2021 to serve students, faculty and staff. Starting the week of Aug. 23 the clinic is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and should be accessed via Parking Lot G3 at the Student Health Services building. The clinic offers first and second doses of the Pfizer vaccine to the campus community.

Vaccines are also offered on campus through the City of Long Beach from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays near the entrance of the University Bookstore. The city-run clinic offers the Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. Third dose, or booster shots, are available through the city-run mobile site to qualifying students, faculty and staff.

Vaccines are administered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Vaccinations are also offered at many sites off campus.

COVID-19 Testing on Campus

Testing is offered in a number of locations on campus in addition to the many options offered off campus by outside healthcare providers. Effective Sept. 20, the following locations are available:

Between noon and 3 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays outside the University Bookstore. Walk-ins and appointments welcome.
From 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Fridays at the Chartroom. Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are welcome.
Students exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 may be tested at Student Health Services.
