Vicarious Trauma in Students and Educators

Vicarious Trauma in Students and Educators will be presented by Long Beach Trauma Recovery Center on Thursday, March 12 from 5 - 6 pm. No idea what vicarious trauma is? This presentation provides an overview of what vicarious trauma is, how it develops through indirect exposure to others’ traumatic experiences, and its impact on others. It also reviews principles of trauma-informed care and introduces practical coping skills to promote resilience and emotional well-being.
