The workshop will focus on evidence-based practices that have been shown to mitigate unintentional bias in selection processes. It will emphasize 1) recognizing situations where unintentional bias may have an impact, and 2) presenting strategies to help mitigate bias at the individual and policy levels. Through a mix of interactive discussions and case studies, attendees will gain insights into real-world scenarios, fostering an understanding of the challenges associated with unintentional bias.
