This event is for academic department coordinators who submit textbook requisitions on behalf of the department. Event will include updates from the Bookstore Services, Enrollment Services, Academic Technology Services, and the Affordable Learning Solutions effort on campus. Lunch provided in The Pointe.

At 10:30AM on Friday, February 20, 2026, UPD will run a full campus-wide test of the BeachALERT emergency notification system. All fire alarm systems will be activated and every campus building will fully evacuate. Once all buildings are cleared and BBS confirms alarm systems are fully functional, the drill will end by 11:00AM.
