Anatol Center Facilities Equipment – Rental Fees (as of January 2025)

Please let us know what you need for your event at least 10 business days prior to your event.

A Chartfield Authorization Form will be sent to you once you have let us know what you need.

Trash Cans 

  • $0.00 for all trash cans

Recycle Bins

  • $0.00 for all recycle bins

Pedestrian Signs

For directional signs instructing guests where the Anatol Center is located, you will need to purchase directional/pedestrian signs through us from Beach Building Services (BBS). Please let us know what you would like the sign to say. Usually, the event title will be used for verbiage. 

2' Pedestrian sign WITH stand: $50 each

2' Pedestrian sign WITHOUT stand: $30 each

Renting Chairs

  • Amount under 10, chairs are $0.00.
  • Amount OVER 10, chairs are $0.50 per chair.

Renting Tables (Long White Rectangular Tables):

  • Amount under 10, tables are $0.00.
  • Amount OVER 10, tables are $3.00 per table. 

Round Tables

60 inch or 72 inch are available.

Round tables are requested through the Anatol Center; however, we will need to receive special approval from the Office of the President in order to rent the round tables. Approval is not always guarantee. 

Rental Fees:

  • Tables and Chairs rental fee 10 items or less (each table and chair counts as 1 item each) = $25.00
  • Tables and Chairs rental fee 11 – 40 items (each table and chair counts as 1 item each) = $40.00
  • Tables and Chairs rental fee 41 – 100 items (each table and chair counts as 1 item each) = $60.00
  • Tables and Chairs rental fee 101+ items (each table and chair counts as 1 item each) = $100.00

Setup Fees (Please include a diagram of the layout for your setup):

  • Tables and Chairs setup fee 10 items or less (each table and chair counts as 1 item each) = $25.00
  • Tables and Chairs setup fee 11 – 40 items (each table and chair counts as 1 item each) = $50.00
  • Tables and Chairs setup fee 41 – 100 items (each table and chair counts as 1 item each) = $75.00
  • Tables and Chairs setup fee 101+ items (each table and chair counts as 1 item each) = $150.00

Example:

  • Event will be having catering and will need trash cans and recycle bins and will need 10 tables and 40 chairs to be set up on the patio.
    • Total would be: $155.00.
      • Chairs: Amount OVER 10, chairs are $0.50 per chair. $0.50 x 40 chairs = $20.00
      • Tables: Amount under 10, tables are $0.00.
      • Tables and Chairs rental fee 41 – 100 items (each table and chair counts as 1 item each) = $60.00
      • Tables and Chairs setup fee 41 – 100 items (each table and chair counts as 1 item each) = $75.00
      • $20.00 + $0.00 + $60.00 + $75.00 = $155.00
