Internships prepare students to be workforce-ready
The Internship Program’s focus on equity issues emblazons the CLA’s effort to expand internship equity for all students. The college leverages partnerships with campus departments and over 230 organizations in Los Angeles and Orange counties to guarantee quality and even paid placements, regardless of a students’ connections or experience within their chosen industries.
Innovation fuels tomorrow's entrepreneurship
Each year, CSULB’s Sunstone Innovation Challenge culminates in an exciting Shark Tank-style pitch fest, where student finalists compete for a transformative prize package to help launch their business ideas.
First CSULB intership jamboree celebrates equitable internship experiences
more than 150 students, employers, supporters, and campus leaders joined in celebration of over half a dozen programs that have been making in-roads with community partners to create high-impact, financially compensated internship experiences for students, especially those historically excluded from internship opportunities.
