Voter Apathy Could Derail Candidates Hoping for High Voter Turnout

Matt Lesenyie, assistant professor of political science at Cal State Long Beach, explained to Spectrum News1 that even though high voter turnout is expected during a presidential election year, voter apathy could determine the outcome of some close elections in the Inland Empire.
