Professor of Education Explains "District of Choice" Legislation

Bill Jeynes, professor of education at Cal State Long Beach, spoke with the Long Beach Press-Telegram about the State of California's legislation allowing students to enroll in schools outside their district. The law will sunset in 2028 and new legislation is being drafted.
