Professor Evaluates Putin's Election Win

Andrew Jenks, professor and Russian history scholar, interviewed with KCBS News Radio in San Francisco about Putin's election win. Professor Jenks said Putin had been in power since 2000 and was determined to erode the democracy established in Russia during the 1990's.
