Criminal Psychologist Discusses Who Might Be The Serial Killer in California's Central Valley

Robert Schug, a neurocriminologist and forensic psychologist and professor at Cal State Long Beach, provided interviews to CBS Sacramento, the Los Angeles Times, KNX news radio, San Francisco Chronicle, MSN/The Daily Beast, and numerous other media outlets about the type of person that could be the serial killer in Stockton. Professor Schug surmised the killer is likely someone who works in the community and appears to be just a regular person.
