The Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center and the COVID-19 pandemic are both nearly 20 years a part.

They both claimed American lives, and caused the country to have to respond swiftly. 

Steve Jensen, an emergency management professor in the College of Professional & International Education, shares with the Press~Telegram why the public response to the pandemic is not as unified as the 9/11 attack.
