Dr. Dustin Moore, a lecturer within the College of Health and Human Services at CSULB, was featured in the online publication Verywell Fit. The article discussed a study about whether young children could identify food sources from plants or animals. Mr. Moore questioned the ability of children to be able to make such a comparison at such a young age.
