Megan Mortimer-Lamb awarded H. Victor Church Memorial Award

Megan Mortimer-Lamb was awarded the H. Victor Church Memorial Award in recognition of the best poster presented at the Pacific Section of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.

Megan is a recent M.S. graduate of Geology at California State University, Long Beach. The presentation of the Award will be at the 2021 Pacific Section AAPG Virtual Meeting on June 23, 2021. The Poster is entitled "Quantitative Compositional Characterization of the Biosiliceous Miocene Lark Formation, Danish North Sea and Norwegian Margin," and is co-authored by Dr. Rick Behl.
