CFS PeopleSoft Maintenance Pack (MP 5.0) Upgrade

A new look and feel will be visible within CFS PeopleSoft on Monday, November 21, 2022.  Although it may look different, all of the same functionality is available to you.  Below are some noticeable changes in MP5.

  • Global search location
  • Quick access bar (recently visited and favorites)
  • Icon Changes (navigation and menu)
  • Personalize Navigation Bar Menu Order (Alphabetical and Standard)
  • Navigation Bar Breadcrumbs
  • ProCard Attachment Change

  • The homepage now includes a quick access bar on the left, which provides one-click access to your favorites and most recently visited items.
  • Select Personalize NavBar to change the navigation bar menu order from Alphabetical to Standard and Save.

  • Navigation Bar alphabetical order.

  • Breadcrumbs are back and provide back navigation.

  • When you upload a ProCard attachment and then upload a second file, the first uploaded file is replaced by the second file uploaded.  Only one compiled PDF is requested for ProCard reconciliation.
