UCUA Advisors can be reached via email at aa-advising@csulb.edu. Online appointments (via Zoom video conferencing) or phone advising appointments can be scheduled via SSC-Advising & Tutoring. UCUA advisors will monitor email and conduct appointments between 9:30am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. For online drop-in advising, please consult your BAC Advisor.

The Bickerstaff Academic Center for Student-Athlete Services (BAC) provides academic services to Long Beach State’s student-athlete population.
The BAC is staffed with full- and part-time professional academic counselors who are assigned to assist specific teams. We are available on both a drop-in and appointment basis.
We offer:
- NCAA eligibility and academic advising
- Orientation for new student-athletes
- Academic support services
- Major and career counseling
